    New Old Stock (NOS).  These were purchased in bulk from a large manufacturer therefore there is no original packaging.  New, never used but have been stored for some time and may be a little dirty (but clean up fine), see pictures for actual condition.
    New, never used but may be a little dirty (see pictures).  This is a wood cored, aluminum sleeved large bore flex-hone made in the USA by Brush Research Flex-Hone Company.  This comes as shown, it requires a shaft (Part Number: GBDH 8" THRU GBD 10") which is
    NOT
    included.  The shaft looks to be very easy to manufacturer by any competent machinist, (we provided a picture).
    This is designed for a nominal 9-1/2" cylinder, the actual diameter is roughly 10-1/4" OD.  The abrasive is silicon carbide and 120 grit.  The actual height arbor height is 8".

    The Heavy Duty GBD Series Flex-Hone tools are designed for bore diameters from 8" thru 18" and are constructed using an aluminum sleeve over a lightweight wood core. All tools require a steel hex drive shaft that is sold separately and measures 34" OAL.
