Superior Heating
This range features dual 9" french-style cast iron element plates for superior heating. The unit can safely accommodate up to a 40 qt. stockpot, while still leaving one burner open for another task.
Independent Controls
Each element heats to 800 degrees and includes its own infinite control, allowing for easy adjustments. Because the controls are independent, the elements can be set to different temperatures.
Quick and Even Heat
However they need to be set to suit your application, the elements heat evenly and quickly; they reach up to 650 degrees in just 10 minutes, and up to 800 degrees at the highest setting!
